Our Founder and CEO, William Brown, started his real estate journey back in 2017 as a 17 year old obsessed with the idea that no one had yet “won” the off market deal finding game.

In 2018, he dropped out of the College of William and Mary and within 18 months had wholesaled over 180 deals in Hampton Roads, VA.

Overwhelmed with follow ups and chasing after leads, he hired and trained a few acquisition managers. After he poured his energy and time into training them to be proficient, they realized there was nothing holding them back from doing it on their own, and left.

Realizing that this problem would haunt him as he scaled and that he must not be alone, he decided to pivot. He dreamed of being able to build a highly trained AI chatbot that could handle an infinite number of qualfiying conversations and follow ups simultaneously, and learn from each one.

In June of 2019 he moved across the country to Los Angeles, CA and founded Titan X, Inc with the mission of creating the world’s smoothest customer experiences. Two and a half years later Titan’s first product, ARES, is conversing with sellers and delivering fully qualified leads to real estate investors in over 25 markets…and scaling fast.
